The Executive MBA is a generalist MBA program but with a particular focus on strategy implementation through program and project management. The main objectives of the program are to promote the development of participants’ leadership, managerial and entrepreneurial competencies and to strengthen their expertise in strategy, strategy implementation, and the management of complex situations through programme and project management approaches.
