Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business is a private, non-profit, independent educational institution and the only business school in China with faculty governance. Established in November 2002 through the financial support of the Li Ka Shing Foundation,[1] today CKGSB is considered one of the major graduate business schools in China, with a leading role in the growing Chinese private sector.
